I very like to use in summer when i stay up too late at night and end up with panda eyes in the morning all i have to do is place it under my eyes and lay down and relax this patch kinda slides off if you were to sit down instead so you do have to lay down And it really helps my panda eyes and keep the area under my eyes hydrated
